Carpet Cleaning   We pre-treat all spots and stains before we clean your carpets which include; gum, candy, urine, grease, wine, rust and more. H2o Dryout also pre sprays the entire area with a cleaner. After cleaning, we do offer stain protector. It takes typically 1-2 hours for your wall to wall carpeting and some specialty rugs to dry after our cleaning process. Mold Remediation  Mold remediation is the cleanup and removal of mold, particularly toxic mold, from an indoor environment, such as a home, office, school, commercial space. If you suspect mold exposure you should have a surface and air sampling test done for that area. We can provide mold testing and the test samples will be submitted to a laboratory that will provide a data sheet of what has been found. Once a toxic mold problem has been determined, there are a number of steps that need to be taken to not only remove the mold, but prevent mold recurrence. There is a myth that spraying bleach will kill mold. This is NOT TRUE.
