As we step into the active phase of the year, remember to balance rational logical mind with instinct and intuition.
We have laid such importance on our logical minds, that we have become used to ignoring our intuition.
Learn to listen, to trust and action on your inner wisdom and bring your whole self back into balance.
Spring begins with the vernal equinox at 7:02 AM (EDT) on March 20, 2013 in the Northern Hemisphere.
The word equinox is derived from the Latin words meaning “Equal Night”.
Days and nights are approximately equal everywhere and the Sun rises and sets due east and west.
After the deep rest of winter; the anticipation of new life and growth is long awaited.
We are ready to move forth and go out into our world and become a part of the community.
Not only can we see the physical world beginning to see growth; our senses come alive and our bodies are craving movement.
This is the time where we can be in tuned to the natural world and hang in balance for a brief moment in time with the spring equinox to feel our bodies awaken and allow our senses to feel the pulse of life that is about to emerge.
Emerging from winter we had the opportunity to sort out what we needed to bring into our lives for the upcoming year or what no longer served us.
This is where we begin our “Spring Cleaning” of our homes, environment personal and business life. We start to initiate our own “growth” in our lives giving each one of us the opportunity to implement our goals and desires to create the “growth” and movement in the areas that need it.
Our ancestors valued the Spring Season to help refuel their body, mind and spirit. It was a time where the crops represented new growth, a little fresh food, more light, and more warmth after the winter season.
As Spring arrived they were able to replenish themselves in what they did not have in the winter months and for some helped with a seasonal disorder(Seasonal affective disorder(SAD), also known as winter depression, winter blues,in which individuals experience depressive symptoms in the winter months).
The Season of Spring is associated with the “Young Maiden” or “Young Adult” stage in your life; that is why with the season of spring we feel alive and see the potential in all that we do.
This Energy helps to remind our senses and body of that wholeness of vitality; we can work with this energy at anytime to help you with any growth you need or just to feel our awakened soul.
Refresh Renew Restore align with the season of Spring
May each of you continue to learn to grow and expand with each season that is passing!
